Returns and exchanges are accepted if the product is returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date the shipment was initially received by the customer. The customer pays for any shipping expenses to and from our company.

A. We have shipped to customers in the past using USPS. Unfortunately, USPS lost two of our customers' orders, and that is two shipments too many. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and want to ensure our customers get their orders in a timely manner. We use UPS for the reliable service they have provided us thus far, and have kept our customers and us happy.
